OUR RETURN POLICY:  PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND RECEIVING ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM. Merchandise can only be returned if it is damaged in transit or defective and must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the exact same condition it was received. Film must be sealed and unopened if returned. All shipping and handling charges for returned items to and from the destination are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the return shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned with a trackable number. For orders below $75, we recommend USPS delivery confirmation (available in the U.S. only). If a return doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method, Film Forever cannot guarantee a refund. Please note: Special orders (for items not listed on our website) are not refundable but are insured by the carrier for any loss or damage.

U.S. SHIPPING:
Film Forever charges a tiered rate for shipping on orders up to $500. Orders exceeding $500 will receive free shipping unless otherwise specified. Special orders for items not listed on our website are also exempt from free shipping. (Due to special postal restrictions, free shipping is not available when ordering Film Forever MPE Film Cleaner, regardless of order size.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
Film Forever MPE encourages larger orders for all our international customers due to our $85 flat shipping rate and $15 handling fee to destinations outside of the U.S. The courier and method of delivery are always determined at our discretion. Orders over $350 or for certain items may incur additional shipping charges based on the buyer's destination. These charges will be billed separately. Any special requests for shipping (by another courier or faster delivery method) can be accommodated upon request but may incur a higher cost to the customer, which will be billed separately. Starting August 1, 2018, Film Forever will no longer offer free shipping for international orders, regardless of size or amount. Film Forever also does not ship Film Projectors, Film Forever Film Cleaner, Kodak Molecular Sieves, and/or Kodak Film Cement outside of the U.S. due to international mailing restrictions. If you cannot find your country listed or your order cannot be processed upon ordering from our website, it means Film Forever currently does not ship to your location. All international destinations are subject to change without notice. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If any item on our website is out of stock, you can still place an order for that item.  Once your order is placed, the item is immediately backordered and shipped out to you once received by our warehouse. Backordered items typically take 7 to 10 days to ship out to the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: 
Please ensure the accuracy of your order before placing it through our website. Orders that are placed and subsequently canceled will be subject to a 5% bank processing fee, effective starting 5/11/21.

LOST, MISDELIVERED OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS:
Film Forever MPE is not responsible for orders that are marked as received, delivered, and confirmed by the postal carrier. Customers who claim they never received an order must file a report with either the U.S. Post Office, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method we chose for the buyer's destination. Film Forever MPE is also not responsible for packages that have been stolen from the customer's address if they were delivered and confirmed by the carrier.
