Our Return Policy: Please contact us for a return authorization number and receiving address before returning an item. Merchandise can only be returned if it is damaged in transit or defective and must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the exact same condition it was received. Film must be sealed and unopened if returned. All shipping and handling charges for returned items to and from destination are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the return shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned with a trackable number. For orders below $75 we recommend USPS Delivery Confirmation (available in the U.S only). If a return doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method, Film Forever cannot guarantee a refund. Please note: special orders (for items not listed on our website) are not refundable but are insured by the carrier for any loss or damage.
U.S. Shipping: Film Forever charges a flat rate of $18.00 for shipping on orders up to $350. Orders exceeding $350 will receive FREE SHIPPING unless otherwise specified. Special orders for items not listed on our website are also exempt from shipping charges. (Due to special postal restrictions Free Shipping is also not available when ordering Film Forever MPE Film Cleaner regardless of order size.)
International Shipping: Due to the Covid-19 crisis, many countries have temporarily suspended or delayed shipments. If your country is affected, your order will remain on hold till the suspension is lifted. Once lifted, your order will ship promptly. Please be aware of this delay if you are placing any international order. Film Forever MPE encourages larger orders for all our international customers due to our $85 flat shipping rate to destinations outside of the U.S. The courier and method of delivery is always determined at our discretion. Orders over $350 or for certain items may incur additional shipping charges based on the buyer's destination. These charges will be billed separately. Any special requests for shipping (by another courier or faster delivery method) can be accommodated upon request, but may incur a higher cost to the customer which will be billed separately. Beginning August 1, 2018, Film Forever will no longer offer free shipping for International Orders regardless of any size or amount. Film Forever also does not ship Film Projectors, Film Forever Film Cleaner, Kodak Molecular Sieves and/or Kodak Film Cement outside of the U.S. due to international mailing restrictions. Upon ordering from our website, if you do not see your country listed or your order cannot be processed, it means Film Forever currently does not ship to your location. All international destinations are subject to change without notice. Order Cancellations:
Please make sure your order is correct before placing it through our website. Orders placed and then cancelled will incur a 5% bank processing fee to process. This policy becomes effective beginning 5/11/21.
Lost, Misdelivered or Stolen Shipments:
Film Forever MPE is not responsible for orders that are marked received, delivered and confirmed by the Postal Carrier. Customers who state they never received an order must file a report with either the U.S. Post Office, UPS or FedEx depending on the method we chose to ship to the buyers destination. Film Forever MPE is also not responsible for a package that has been stolen from the customer's address if it was delivered and confirmed by the carrier.
